Plant Visibility from HMI
IntelliFinishing’s smart controls provide complete visibility to a powder coating system or liquid coating system. Visibility allows you to see what is on the line in real-time. Information about any process can be easily accessed by touching the section of the layout on the HMI screen.
Manual work instructions like masking, are displayed at the HMI for the operator as the carrier approaches the station
Decrease errors due to painting parts the wrong color with smart controls that notify painters of color changes
