Load Wheel Change on Friction-Driven Conveyor
There are four load wheels on each trolley. The load wheels sit on top of the load rail and are part of the supporting mechanism for the trolley/carrier assembly.
Load Wheel Change Basic Instrustions
Each load wheel is connected by a common shaft that is threaded on each end.
Simply remove the socket head cap head screw that holds the wheel in place.
Remove the wheel and replace it with the new one.
Tighten the cap head screw and maintenance is complete.
