Parts Stopping in the Paint Process without Affecting the Rest of the Line

Conveyors, like monorail or power and free, move parts though a paint line and associated processes continuously and at a consistent speed (chain speed). If the conveyor stops because a process like masking or inspection takes extra time, then the other parts on the line may end up with a reduction in quality.

With an IntelliFinishing powder coating or liquid coating system, the system is designed to utilize a unique conveyor that allows you to stop parts for extra attention, e.g. masking or in a process. For example, a part may stop in an oven or a washer to ensure proper process time is achieved while the rest of the line continues without being affected.
