Custom Lift Solution Designed by Customer Fits Ideally into an IntelliFinishing Powder Coating System

Custom coater and fabricator, JR Custom Metal, created a cost-effective solution for lifting parts onto their IntelliFinishing powder coating system. They also created their own unique racking system which allows them to rack parts in a staging area before loading onto the system. Parts are added to load bars ahead of coating and are only added to the powder coating system when JR Custom is ready to run the parts through the system. This allows employees to quickly load parts without affecting throughput, creating little downtime when the powder coating system is in full production mode.
